How it Works

We are working towards a full web component implementation as browsers support the technology and the mechanisms for securing web components are in place.

In the meanwhile, we use a combination of a script loaded on the page and a dynamically resized iframe, along with communication between your website and the menu hosted at hytiva.com. The script loads asynchronously, allowing the rest of your page to continue loading while Hytiva does its part.

This implementation has offered the best trade off, allowing both advanced features and better security, with a little extra effort on our end.

HIPAA & Security

Hytiva cares deeply about the privacy and security of our users and your customers. We never pass any personally identifiable information between your website and Hytiva.com through the embed code. For conversion tracking a special code is used to identify a customer without providing any personal information about the customer's identity.
